If you wish to pay for a fast examination and treatment at Aleris yourself, you are always welcome to contact us to learn more about your options. We are awailable for you at one of our seven hospitals across the country.

We are Denmark’s leading private hospital with over 20 years of experience. With seven hospitals across the country and the option of online consultations, we can assist you no matter where you live.

If you need fast assistance, you are always welcome to contact Aleris Customer Service and book a preliminary consultation. Except for diagnostic imaging examinations, a referral from your general practitioner or hospital is not required if you wish to pay for the treatment yourself.

Aleris will charge a fee for non-attendance or late cancellation

Consultation and investigations
If you are unable to attend a consultation or investigation, please give us at least one working day's notice so that we can offer your appointment to someone else. Aleris will charge a non-attendance fee of DKK 400 if you do not turn up for a scheduled consultation or investigation, or if you cancel on the day of your appointment.

Preventive health investigations
If you are unable to attend a health investigation, it is important that you contact us as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours before the start of the investigation; otherwise, we will be obliged to invoice you for the full amount.

Physiotherapy
If you are unable to attend a consultation or treatment from a physiotherapist, please give us at least one working day's notice so that we can offer your appointment to someone else. Aleris will charge the full amount if you do not attend or give the require notice of non-attendance.

Surgery under general anaesthetic
Cancellation of surgery under general anaesthetic must be done no later than 14 days before the planned date. Aleris will charge a fee of DKK 5,000 if you do not attend for scheduled surgery under general anaesthesia or if you cancel within 14 days of your surgery. In such cases, DKK 5,000 will be deducted from the surgery prepayment that is refunded to you. If you are ill, the full amount will be reimbursed on production of a doctor's letter.

Surgery under local anaesthetic
If you are unable to attend for surgery under local anaesthetic, please give us at least two working days' notice so that we can offer the appointment to someone else. Aleris will charge a fee of DKK 2,000 if you do not attend for scheduled surgery under local anaesthetic, or if you cancel within two days of your appointment. If you are ill, the full amount will be reimbursed on production of a doctor's letter.
