"Search" and "SEO" tab

  • Fill in "Search hit title" and "Meta title" - copy from todays Meta title under SEO tab
  • Fill in "Search hit text" and "Meta description" - copy from todays Meta description under SEO tab


"Booking" tab

See also image "Booking tab example" below. 

  • Fill in "Full name" - copy from todays "Heading" under Intro Section - this is H1 on the page
  • Fill in "Work title" - copy from todays "Sub-heading". This is H2 on the page
  • Fill in "Main body" - copy from todays "Body text"
    • all headings should be H3
    • use clean html code, delete any <span> code. On todays site it can look like this:
      <span style="font-size: 1.6rem;">European Respiratory Society</span>
      After deleting span-code it should look like this:
      European Respiratory Society
      If there is å lot for junk code in old text, you can past in unformatted and manually format the text in the editor. 
    • Delete if necessary Hamlet, so it becomes Aleris instead of Aleris-Hamlet
  • Drag in image. All Doctor images are under "Vores specialister" under Media on new site. 


"Languages" tab

We have an option to enter which language the doctor speaks. To do this we first have to put in langueages in Doctor List Page. See more on Doctor List page.

When languages is available you just tick of correct language under the Languages tab.


"Location" tab

Connect each doctor to the location they work at. Select Location not Location Area, which means you have to choose "Aleris København", not "København"


"Treatment" tab

"Related Treatments" is a list of all "Treatment pages" 

  • Use search and find doctor speciality. Select doctor's specialty and select top structure, which means you choose "Mave-tarm sygdomme (/hospital/mave-tarm-sygdomme/)" and NOT "Anal fissur (/hospital/mave-tarm-sygdomme/anal-fissur/)"
  • Select also the same speciality under the location where the doctors work

The selected doctors will automatically show on the selected Treatment page.

 

Publish

 

New images

  • Upload any new photos in folder "Vores specialister"
  • Important that any new images are no more than 100Kb
  • Image size is as today: 290x322 preferably in JPG

FAQ

  • If images does show on page after publish:
    click on "Synchronize with Optimizely Graph" under Options
