Guide to uploading files

You have the option of sharing your documents with us before an appointment. For example, this could be a payment guarantee, an ECG or other relevant information. Once you have booked an appointment, you can upload your files under 'My appointments'. You can upload PDF files or pictures on a PC. You can upload images on your smartphone or tablet.

Restrictions:

• Only certain formats and sizes can be shared
• You can upload a max. of 3 files, max. 10 MB
• If you want to share a photo and a PDF, you need to upload them separately
